Together, we’ll design a look that suits your features, your outfit, and the occasion — whether that’s soft and natural, full glam, colourful and fun or something uniquely in between. My aim is always to help you feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in your own skin.
I had my first lesson with Penny and I found the experience beyond amazing. It was super interesting to learn about how best to look after my skin before going through a step-by-step process of understanding the fundamental techniques for completing my bespoke look of a natural feminine everyday look for the office. Given my lack of experience and confidence with makeup, Penny provided easy to understand explanations (supported by a written step-by-step guide) so that I left feeling that it really was possible to replicate the look on my own. I really would recommend Penny for anyone in need of bespoke guidance or to make you look fabulous for a special occasion.
Makeup Lessons for Trans Women
My one-to-one makeup lessons are designed specifically for trans women who want practical guidance and confidence-building support.
During your lesson, we can cover:
• Skin preparation and creating a flawless base.
• Beard shadow coverage techniques.
• Contouring and highlighting to soften or enhance features.
• Brow shaping and eye techniques.
• Lip shaping and colour choices.
• Product recommendations tailored to you..
You’ll leave not only with a beautiful finished look, but with the knowledge and confidence to recreate it yourself at home. Makeup lessons last between 2 and 3 hours.
Although I am experienced with makeup, I needed help adjusting my style and ‘look’ as I am no longer the spring chicken I once was. Penny was very professional and welcoming, making me comfortable and relaxed, and we had a wonderful session. The look she created was spot on and, throughout, Penny gave guidance and advice with a full explanation of the choices she was making, and at the same time sought my feedback throughout. Penny then took all of the makeup off and gave me feedback as I reapplied it. I came away feeling more confident with my look. Overall an enjoyable, happy session.
